Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Faster and Unified Payables to lead product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market for Unified Payables and its instant payments portfolio, aligning Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) with Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) priorities.

This leader will own the product construct, define minimum viable offering, and collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Technology, Operations, and Risk to deliver differentiated solutions at pace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the Unified Payables product vision, roadmap, and success measures.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee the Faster Payments portfolio (RTP and FedNow) and drive adoption.
• Build and coach a team of product managers across TPS and CPS.
