Job summary

Binance is seeking a product-focused professional to help build and scale compliance tools in a remote-first, global team. You will contribute to AML and transaction monitoring initiatives while shaping product requirements and ensuring timely delivery through well-crafted PRDs and close collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

You will lead strategic projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering scalable solutions that support a growing user base across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience in tech, fintech or blockchain.
• Strong background in compliance processes such as AML and transaction monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.

• Review business requirements and create PRDs to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
