Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the United States to lead the strategy for backend trading systems, translating complex trading needs into scalable technology and guiding the full lifecycle from planning to release.

You will work with trading engineers to improve matching, risk, and pricing models for derivatives, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence decisions through strong analytics and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Product management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options, etc.
• Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
• Ability to translate trading logics and risk methods into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.

Responsabilités

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives (Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts).
• Work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading needs into technical solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
• Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
