Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the software platform powering Stripe Terminal devices. You will shape the multi-year strategy, collaborate with hardware teams, and drive features that scale, reliability, and usability for in-person payments worldwide.

You will partner with engineering to translate market needs into roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and deliver a world-class user experience for merchants and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record in scalable technology products.
• Strong communication, executive liaison, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs) or hardware-related software.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year vision for device software in partnership with Hardware and Firmware teams.
• Define roadmaps, OKRs, and prioritization for Terminal OS Platform and Firmware.
• Collaborate with software/hardware engineers to support growth and UX.
• Research customer needs, differentiate features, and communicate business value.
