Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and shape the future of the software platform powering Stripe Terminal devices. You will work with engineering and hardware teams to design, build, and launch device software capabilities that differentiate Stripe’s in-person payments solutions and scale with the business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, craft a multi-year strategy, and communicate progress with leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of building scalable technology products.
• Experience with developer interfaces (APIs, SDKs); hardware a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Asia (Hong Kong or Taiwan locations).

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year vision for device software with Hardware; create roadmaps and OKRs.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to support growth and user experience.
• Research customer needs, competitive landscape, and translate into differentiating features.
• Develop partnerships and communicate business value of third-party integrations.
• Define requirements, prioritize, and participate in sprint planning to deliver roadmaps.
