Job summary

Amazon’s Customer Purchase Journey (CPJ) team seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own end-to-end product vision across the purchase journey. You will drive collaboration across front-end and back-end areas, guiding metrics and architectural alignment with customer needs.

You will partner with Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Returns and other teams to deliver on the roadmap, influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced e-commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong leadership with ability to prioritize, communicate clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product vision across multiple purchase journey areas.
• Define and track metrics to improve customer experience.
• Influence tech partners to align architecture with customer needs.
• Partner with Delivery Experience, Prime, Fulfillment, Returns and more to deliver roadmap.
• Collaborate with hundreds of teams on Amazon-wide initiatives.
