Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, including engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality, ensuring alignment with AS9100 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Guide innovation efforts for manufacturing capabilities by contributing to and executing elements of our innovation roadmap.
• Sustain Nadcap accreditation efforts, ensuring special processes meet certification requirements.
• Support the production maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Mentor and develop team members to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.
