We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder management, along with exposure to the ServiceNow platform. Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and Issue Management is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing products end to end, translating business requirements into product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving product delivery in collaboration with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for assigned products or platforms.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, user needs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, business, and QA teams to drive product delivery.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product capabilities with business objectives.
• Leverage ServiceNow platform knowledge to support product decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive requirements and enhancements related to ServiceNow IRM, Issue Management, or other relevant ServiceNow modules, where applicable.
• Monitor product performance, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in Product Management, with clear ownership of product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery.
• Proven ability to work as a Product Manager rather than solely as a technical ServiceNow consultant or developer.
• Exposure to the ServiceNow platform and an understanding of its capabilities and business applications.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience working with Agile teams and managing product backlogs and releases.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management), Issue Management, Risk Management, or related modules.
• Experience in enterprise platforms, workflow automation, governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing or enterprise environment.
