You will collaborate with engineering, design, cybersecurity, fraud, and legal teams to turn complex needs into clear priorities and high-quality experiences.

You bring 3+ years of product management for consumer digital products, experience with funnel analytics, and practical AI usage to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years in consumer-facing product management.
Experience improving multi-step customer journeys via funnel analytics.
Practical experience using AI to improve deliverables.
Strong ownership, initiative, and decision-follow-through.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for login, auth, and client protection funnels.
Improve end-to-end funnels by reducing friction and abandonment.
Translate problems into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Partner with design and research to understand client needs.
Define and monitor outcomes like login success and recovery.
Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, security, compliance, legal.
Use feedback, funnel analysis, usability testing, and experiments.
Maintain high execution standards from discovery to post-launch.
