Empower LLC is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for our Wealth Products Solutions team. You will own the customer journeys for login, authentication, and client protection across retirement and personal wealth offerings.

The role focuses on intuitive, secure experiences, collaborating with engineering, design, cybersecurity, and fraud teams to deliver measurable improvements. You will apply strong product judgment and AI in daily workflows to accelerate learning and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product management with consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience improving multistep journeys using analytics and testing.
• Experience using AI in daily product work with validation.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate findings into requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for login, authentication, and client protection funnels.
• Improve end-to-end funnels by reducing friction and abandonment while boosting security.
• Translate complex problems into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with design and research to understand client needs and test assumptions.
• Define and monitor outcomes to guide prioritization and measure results.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, cybersecurity, and legal teams.
• Use feedback, funnel analysis, and experiments to validate experiences.
• Maintain high execution standards from discovery to post-launch monitoring.
• Apply AI in daily workflows to accelerate research and prototyping while ensuring data privacy.
