Empower seeks a hands-on Product Manager for Wealth Products Solutions to own login, authentication, and client protection journeys. You will partner with engineering, design, cybersecurity, and fraud teams to deliver intuitive, secure experiences across retirement and personal wealth services.

You will drive metrics on login success, enrollment, recovery, and security indicators, while leveraging AI to accelerate learning and improve deliverables with strong judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product management with consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience improving multi-step journeys using funnel analytics and testing.
• Experience applying AI in day-to-day product work with proper validation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for login, authentication, and client protection funnels.
• Improve end-to-end funnels by reducing friction and abandonment while maintaining security.
• Translate complex problems into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
