Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or related experience delivering digital products, platforms, or customer experiences.
• 2+ years of experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to influence priorities and drive alignment across multiple teams and partners.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for performance across search, browse, and listing pages.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture to prioritize opportunities.
• Establish and drive metrics like Core Web Vitals and experience health indicators.
• Use customer insights and experimentation to identify friction points and justify investments.
• Balance customer outcomes with technical investments and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across teams, including legal and partners.
