Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Experience Manager to lead day-to-day operations at your home store or micro-market, guiding teams and aligning staffing with customer traffic and business needs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive employee development, analyze performance data against strategy, and steer revenue and operating income across the micro-market, with prior supervisory, sales or service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military or related fields.
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Preferred: experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Consumer electronics industry experience.

Job description

As the Retail Experience Manager, you'll assume the day-to-day leadership duties of your Best Buy home store or group of stores to provide excellent employee and customer experiences. You'll assign resources based on customer traffic and business needs throughout your assigned store or stores in your designated micro-market (local surrounding stores). In addition, you'll be responsible for driving employee development and performance management.
