You will design experiments, build self-serve dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with Marketing, Audience Segmentation, and Loyalty to uncover strategic growth opportunities for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics, data science, or similar role.
• Advanced Python skills for data analysis, visualization, and statistics.
• Experience using REST APIs to collect data programmatically, including authentication, pagination, and converting responses into analysis-ready datasets.
• Strong SQL expertise with Snowflake querying and modeling.
• Experience creating clear visualizations with matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly; dashboarding with Power BI.
• Marketing domain analytics (media mix, attribution, campaign measurement) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem research, insight discovery, metrics design, and data storytelling to drive actionable recommendations.
• Optimize cost and revenue opportunities through opportunity analysis, forecasting, and simulation.
• Design and run experiments to measure impact of technology and operational changes.
• Create self-serve dashboards to track KPIs and support insight exploration.
• Partner with Marketing, Audience Segmentation, and Loyalty to uncover growth opportunities.
