Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Manager, Salesforce to join the team and lead the product vision for quote-to-cash and subscription operations. You will partner across operations, technology, and go-to-market teams to simplify processes and deliver scalable system enhancements.

This remote US-based role demands strong Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ experience, Agile discipline, and a proven ability to drive requirements, prioritization, and delivery across integrated platforms.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product ownership, business systems analysis, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in Lead-to-Cash and subscription lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience with software license provisioning and entitlement management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and comparable systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Salesforce to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own the product vision and roadmap for core business systems that support quote-to-cash and subscription operations across the enterprise. You will partner closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and go-to-market teams to simplify processes, improve governance, and deliver scalable system enhancements. The position also serves as a key connector across integrated platforms to ensure requirements, prioritization, and delivery are aligned to business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
