Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management - Salesforce in a hybrid capacity. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, aligning stakeholders and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This leadership role emphasizes governance, adoption metrics, and continued maturity across Salesforce platforms. You will mentor Product Owners, drive prioritization, and collaborate with security, compliance, risk, and operations teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Product Owners within Salesforce environments.
• Experience leading strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, adoption and measurable business outcomes for enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to define and manage OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, value realization and risk management initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce architects, administrators, developers, and integration teams.
• Strong understanding of product governance, operating models, service design, and full product lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products, workflow automation, intelligent routing, decision support tools, and conversational experiences.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, case summarization, knowledge recommendations, automated assistance, and agentic workflows.
• Exceptional executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and business organizations.
• Advanced experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, reporting, dashboards, prioritization, and work tracking.
• FINRA Series 99 and/or Series 7 license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain required licensing within the first 12 months of employment.

Kforce has a client seeking a Director, Product Management - Salesforce in a hybrid capacity. Summary: The Director, Product Management - Salesforce will lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving product maturity, adoption, value realization, and operational excellence across Salesforce platforms that support workflow orchestration, case management, AI-enabled experiences, and service modernization initiatives. This leader will own product strategy and priorities while aligning business stakeholders, technology teams, and Product Owners around measurable outcomes. The Director will develop and manage OKRs, product scorecards, adoption metrics, and governance frameworks to ensure investments deliver meaningful business value. Responsibilities include leading product discovery efforts, identifying customer and business needs, defining product roadmaps, establishing prioritization frameworks, and balancing competing demands across the organization. The role partners closely with engineering, architecture, security, compliance, risk, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve user experiences. The Director will also champion AI and automation initiatives, leveraging Salesforce capabilities to streamline processes, improve productivity, enhance knowledge access, and reduce operational friction. Additional responsibilities include establishing product governance, roadmap reviews, release communications, operational standards, decision-making frameworks, and continuous improvement processes. This position provides leadership and mentorship to Product Owners, helping advance product management best practices, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and outcome-focused delivery. This role is hybrid.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading Product Owners within complex Salesforce environments
• Extensive product management experience leading strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and measurable business outcomes for enterprise platforms, CRM solutions, or operational systems
• Proven ability to define and manage OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, value realization, reliability, quality, compliance, and risk management initiatives
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce architects, administrators, developers, and integration teams
• Strong understanding of product governance, operating models, service design, dependency management, and full product lifecycle management
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products, workflow automation, intelligent routing, decision support tools, and conversational experiences
• Working knowledge of generative AI, case summarization, knowledge recommendations, automated assistance, and agentic workflows
• Exceptional executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, compliance, and business organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
