Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components. The role focuses on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success and iterating to improve outcomes.

The Product Manager serves as a subject matter expert in product usage, market positioning, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; business, CS, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years as Product Manager or similar in SaaS (B2B/B2C).
• 2+ years with Agile software development lifecycle in a medium to large software company.

Responsibilities

Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager that will lead the design, development, delivery and success of selected learning and development products and components. The position will focus on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success and iterating to improve outcomes.

The Product Manager serves as subject matter expert in all things related to the use of the product, its place in the market, the competitive landscape and product positioning.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Product Manager or similar role in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
• 2+ years’ experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle in a medium to large software company.
• A strong technical background with an understanding of software development and software product management.

Preferred:

• Pragmatic Marketing Framework or similar product management focused certifications
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
