Job summary

Clearfield, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of access product offerings.

You will define the product vision and drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You will gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, build roadmaps, and translate input into actionable plans while tracking status, risks and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L experience demonstrated by launching products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to articulate concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to communicate with multiple staff levels and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive new product development using a structured process; define product vision across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop access product requirements and roadmap aligned with market drivers.
• Gather, analyze and respond to key customer requirements and manage expectations.
