Job summary

Clearfield is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of the product portfolio. You will drive the product lifecycle, define the vision, and work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

You will gather and prioritize requirements, analyze market data, and develop pricing strategies. The role requires coordination across departments, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred.
• Five years of P&L experience with product definitions and launches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to explain concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to communicate with staff at multiple levels, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with formal Product Lifecycle methodologies in ISO environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of telecom fiber networks at system and component levels.
• Knowledge of competitive market dynamics desirable.
• Continuous improvement mindset and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development using a structured process across Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop access product requirements and roadmaps aligned with market drivers.
• Gather, prioritize and respond to key customer requirements and translate into actions.
• Analyze market data and forecast data for product lines; develop roadmaps and launch plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create sales enablement materials and product literature.
• Develop pricing strategy using market-based pricing; maintain accurate website content.
• Lead cross-functional rollout commitments and communicate schedules and status.
