Helmerich and Payne is seeking a Product Manager to define solutions that meet customer needs and drive value across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and the sales team to shape strategy, build roadmaps, and ensure alignment with market demands.

Location flexibility includes Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; Odessa, TX with on-site work. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
Experience working across organizational teams to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver solutions that solve customers' problems and add business value to H&P.
Manage multiple products and timelines.
Be the voice of the customer to communicate product strategy to stakeholders.
Own product acceleration from ideation to retirement with key departments.
Document and revisit business cases for each solution.
Monitor competitive landscape and market conditions.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering to deploy scalable solutions.
