Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geoscience, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in software support, software engineering, QA, testing, or related technical role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customer-reported incidents and enhancements in H&P software products.
• Provide timely responses and resolutions following SLAs; collaborate with ROCs and internal teams.
• Reproduce defects, perform root cause analysis, and document findings in tracking systems.
• Contribute to test automation, UAT, and feature verification; advocate for quality improvements.
