Job summary

Routeware, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead day-to-day execution for the Business Operations product line in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will partner with the VP of Product on roadmap delivery, write user stories, plan sprints, and validate outcomes. The role involves coordinating with an offshore development team, embracing async work, and shipping AI-powered features that improve resident experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to translate customer needs into roadmaps.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven prioritization.
• Experience with offshore or distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Execution & Delivery: drive product line roadmap with the VP; own discovery, story writing, sprint planning, acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Product Collaboration: integrate with the Routeware platform and adjacent product lines.
• Distributed Delivery & Engineering Partnership: work with offshore developers; write clear specs; run async sprint ceremonies.
• AI Feature Delivery: scope and ship AI-powered capabilities in the resident journey.
• Launch & Adoption: coordinate with Marketing, CS, Support for go-to-market and adoption tracking.
• Voice of Customer & KPI Tracking: stay close to Support and CS; feed signals into the roadmap; monitor adoption and engagement KPIs.
