Job summary

Routeware is sourcing a Product Manager to drive day-to-day execution for the Business Operations product line, collaborating with the VP of Product and a distributed engineering team to ship features in a B2B SaaS setting with real societal impact.

You will own discovery, story writing, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and validation, while partnering with Marketing, CS, and Support on go-to-market and adoption. This role offers remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Background shipping B2B products for non-expert end users.
• 2–3+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership in SaaS with growing scope.
• Strong agile fluency: backlog, stories, sprint planning, prioritization.
• Experience with distributed or offshore engineering teams; clear written communication.
• Strong analytics and metrics-driven prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product capabilities and discernment of value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across customers, teams and executives.
• Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence and product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel).

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Execution & Delivery: work with VP of Product to execute the roadmap and deliver on schedule with quality.
• Cross-Product Collaboration: partner on integration work across Routeware platform and adjacent lines.
• Distributed Delivery & Engineering Partnership: write clear specs and run async-friendly sprint ceremonies.
• AI Feature Delivery: scope and ship AI-powered capabilities in resident journey.
• Launch & Adoption: align with Marketing/CS/Support for go-to-market and adoption tracking.
• Voice of Customer & Measurement: monitor KPIs and feed feedback into the roadmap.
