The consumer product marketing group is looking for a smart, self-starter to join our team! We are seeking an analytics expert to support customer retention, churn management, pricing & promotion performance, and product simplification. This team member is a critical part of the team driving improved customer experiences and business performance.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately & quickly pinpoint trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Summarize results succinctly
- Translate insights into actionable plans
- Build simple & complex business impact analyses and forecasts
- Lead results reporting and analysis related to expiring promotion offers & discounts, capturing aggregate and key metric performance
- Integrate and matrix results across related activities (call volumes, offer utilization rates)
- Support strategic planning & customer experience improvements through targeted analyses
- Manage expiring discount financial forecasts, model enhancements, and data assumptions
- Support base management scrum team, retention plans, and service simplification through ad hoc analyses
- Maintain data integrity through core team and cross-functional validation
- Analyze customer profile data, billing, CLV, propensity, etc.
- Meet with key stakeholders to audit, validate, and assess customer trends
- Prepare forecasts
- Attend planning and scrum team meetings
- Work with department Director daily
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably related to business or marketing analytics, financial or strategic planning, or pricing strategy & analytics
- Experience in subscription industry, preferably Telecommunications
- Strong understanding of services billing, pre-billing, service & equipment codes
- Knowledge of key analytics tools & processes
- Experience with data query, manipulation, and visualization tools (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with retention business performance drivers, churn, recurring revenue/wallet share, upsell, operating expenses
- Strong communication skills for virtual environments
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, passionate about delivering optimal customer experience
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably related to business or marketing analytics, financial or strategic planning, or pricing strategy & analytics.
