Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct assessments, analyses, and provide accurate quotations in response to client inquiries and business needs.
  • Collaborate with AXIS Project/Product Managers and clients to implement new features and applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist with major implementations and client projects, ensuring smooth delivery and satisfaction.
  • Drive the success of Financial Services modules through product enhancements, timely delivery, and marketing support.
  • Travel up to 30% across North America.

Experience you will need:

  • University degree, relevant diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, project, and time management skills.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and project implementations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, TeamSupport.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into system solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Experience in the auto club industry or related service field.
  • CTC or CTIE certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Understanding Web Services, accounting systems, and quality assurance.
