Collaboration with billing teams and engineers is essential. You will analyze Medicaid, EVV, and caregiver scheduling impacts, shaping features that improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS, personal care tech, or RCM software.
• Ability to translate workflows into clear software requirements.
• Experience with discovery, roadmaps, and delivery.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with personal care operations, scheduling, or billing preferred.
• Understanding Medicaid, EVV, or managed care principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Care and RCM product capabilities through lifecycle from discovery to enhancement.
• Develop product roadmaps aligning customer needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with providers, operators, billing teams to understand workflows and improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Evaluate feedback to build scalable solutions addressing industry needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
