Job summary

EverHealth is seeking a Product Manager for Revenue Cycle Management within EverCommerce. This individual contributor role focuses on automating RCM workflows for CollaborateMD, EverHealth’s flagship billing system, bridging design, engineering, and business stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, strong discovery skills, and knowledge of revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a complex, workflow-driven product area.
• Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Hands-on revenue cycle experience preferred: as a biller, in RCM operations, or building software for billing, practice management or clearinghouses.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for RCM automation.
• Work with design and engineering to deliver solutions that reduce manual claim management.
• Apply automation and AI to bill correct claims, follow up on AR, apply payments, and manage denials and appeals.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products. Define clear success metrics.
