Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will champion Data as a Product and partner with Provider Operations, PIM, Contracting, and Engineering to deliver API-driven, quality data assets. You will lead end-to-end delivery, balance regulatory requirements (CMS, No Surprises Act), and optimize provider attestation and roster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience, preferably in health care or data products.
• Experience with software lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executives.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities with internal and partner teams.
