Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as high-value, API-driven assets supporting eligibility, network operations, claims adjudication, and regulatory compliance. You will govern provider datasets—demographics, network tiers, credentialing, and rosters—as API-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience per company.
• 3 years of product experience and 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• Preferred 1 year experience with Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.
• Set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions for stakeholders.
• Actively anticipates future needs using metrics and qualitative input.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and own the product backlog.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and drive end-to-end delivery.
