Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager for Provider Data to define the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio. You will treat provider datasets as high-value, governed, API-driven assets and lead modernization of the Provider Directory while meeting regulatory benchmarks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of product experience.
• Minimum 3 years with the software lifecycle.
• Minimum 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Preferred 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Anticipate future needs and use metrics to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize based on inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
