Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets—demographics, network tiers, credentialing, contractual affiliations, and digital endpoints—as high-value, governed, API-driven assets, modernizing the Provider Directory and improving data quality to meet regulatory benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in science, technology, mathematics or related field.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle; 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand department and company strategy, develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize based on inputs from internal and partner teams.
