Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager for Provider Data to define and execute the strategic product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio. You will treat provider datasets as high-value, governed, API-driven assets and modernize the Provider Directory to meet CMS mandates and No Surprises Act standards.

You will bridge business strategy, operations, and technical execution, aligning roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of product experience
• 3 years with the software lifecycle
• 1 year of advanced domain experience
• 1 year with the Agile process

Responsibilities

• Understand department and company strategy and develop a holistic product vision and strategy
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvements
• Represent the product in governance meetings
• Own the product backlog and regularly refresh and reprioritize backlog
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Provider Operations, PIM, Provider Contracting, Provider Administration, and Member Experience
