Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

Provider data underpins member access to care, network operations, claims adjudication, and regulatory compliance. You will treat provider datasets—demographics, network tiers, credentialing, contractual affiliations, and digital endpoints—as high-value, governed API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field OR relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of Product experience; including 3 years with the Software Lifecycle; 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/prioritize backlog based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Actively anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
