Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Provider Data to define the strategic vision and roadmaps for core data products in the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider data as high‑value, governed, API‑driven assets and lead modernization initiatives to improve accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will bridge business strategy, operations, and engineering, aligning roadmaps with Provider Operations, PIM, Contracting, Administration, and Member

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand strategy and develop product vision and roadmaps.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities.
• Own products/tools within the portfolio and drive cross‑product value.
