Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product leader to define and execute a compelling product vision, align stakeholders, and drive value across clinical data initiatives. You will attend sprint reviews with the Delivery team and lead large cross-functional meetings, while guiding data discovery to prioritize assets with the greatest impact.

Responsibilities include shaping roadmaps, prioritizing the backlog, and driving governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of product experience required.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle and 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Preferred: HIPAA/PHI handling experience and familiarity with clinical data standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Actively anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across audiences.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities with input from internal and partner teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and drive value across products and customers.
