Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Leader to define the product vision, strategy, and execution plan across the organization. You will attend sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team and lead large cross-functional meetings while prioritizing the clinical data assets that deliver value.

Required experience includes 3 years in product roles, familiarity with HIPAA/PHI, and knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, and LOINC.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Product experience
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience
• 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data
• HIPAA/PHI handling familiarity
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC)

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate large cross-functional meetings
• Own the product backlog and prioritize backlog items
• Attend sprint/milestone reviews with Delivery team
• Define roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions
• Represent the product in governance meetings
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value opportunities
