Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as strategic, governed assets and lead modernization efforts including provider directory improvements and regulatory compliance. You will bridge business strategy, operations, and engineering delivery, aligning roadmaps with major partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience
• 1 year with the Agile process

Responsibilities

• Understand the department’s and the company’s strategic roadmap and competitive position, and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
• Serve as accountable owner for the products/tools within the portfolio.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities with internal and partner input.
• Other duties as assigned.
