Highmark Health is seeking a data product leader to leverage member service data across omnichannel platforms to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on defining trusted data assets, sequencing innovative data products, and delivering strategic roadmaps while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will drive enterprise adoption by aligning data products with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (science/tech/math or related field) or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of Product experience; includes 3 years with the Software Lifecycle and 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Preferred: 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsabilités

• Develop a holistic product vision and strategy aligned to the department and company goals.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences including executives.
• Own the designated product backlog and refresh priorities based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value opportunities and drive shared learnings.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and ensure accountability for product/tool sets.
