Job summary
ASSA ABLOY Group in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own the Pedestal PRO product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
The role requires a BS/BA, MBA preferred, 10 years in a related technical field, and familiarity with access control products and ERP/CRM tools. The position is onsite in Lindon, UT, with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- BS/BA from four-year college; MBA a plus.
- Ten years in a related technical field; access control knowledge desirable.
- Experience with access control integration and related design/functionality.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project; Visio desired.
- English communication and report writing in business context.
Responsibilities
- Manage Pedestal PRO product category lifecycle and performance.
- Develop market requirements, proposals and business cases.
- Create product roadmaps, generation plans, pricing and channel strategy.
- Generate revenue forecasts and analyze SWOT/PEST analyses.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, engineering and operations.
- Lead product training and act as product expert for customers.
- Ensure compliance with codes and certifications; travel up to 1 week/month.
