Job summary
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a mid‑senior Product Manager for the Pedestal PRO line in Lindon, UT. You will own the product lifecycle, analyze competitors, gather requirements, define the product vision, and work with engineering, sales, marketing and support to meet revenue and satisfaction targets.
You will align with corporate strategy, develop market requirements, roadmaps and business cases, lead pricing and channel strategy, and coordinate field testing and compliance efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BS/BA).
- Ten years in a related technical field; MBA a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own Pedestal PRO product category lifecycle and performance.
- Develop market requirements documents and business cases.
- Create product roadmaps and generation plans.
- Perform pricing and competitive analysis by channel.
- Forecast revenue, units and profit; track against goals.
- Keep knowledge of major competitors and trends updated.
- Develop strategic marketing plans with cross‑functional teams.
- Create training programs; be the product expert for customers.
- Coordinate field testing and site installations with engineering.
