EMS Phoenix in Lindon, Utah seeks a Product Manager for the Pedestal PRO brand to lead the product lifecycle, analyze market trends, and align features with business goals. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction, and drive channel-specific pricing and strategy.

The role requires industry credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to one week per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus; Ten years experience in a related technical field.
• Credentials associated with access control technology products.
• Experience in access control integration with an understanding of requirements, design and functionality.
• ERP/MRP or CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pedestal PRO product category and lifecycle analysis.
• Develop market requirements, product proposals and financial business cases for new development.
• Create product roadmaps, strategy, and generation plans; identify new opportunities.
• Regular pricing and competitive analysis by channel; advise on market position.
• Generate revenue, unit, and profit forecasts; track goals and adjust as needed.
• Keep knowledge of major competitive products and market trends and share with management.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with sales, marketing, engineering and operations.
• Develop product training with sales, marketing and training teams; be the product expert for customers.
