Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Software Product Manager for PERSONA Campus Online to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring security, scalability, and customer value across campus access solutions.

The role requires market research, business case development, and prioritized product requirements to deliver measurable growth and customer success in higher education.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, solutions consulting, implementation, customer success, technical support, sales engineering, or related roles within access control or security tech.
• Strong ability to translate customer and market needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working with colleges/universities on access control or campus credential systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with passport readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, market positioning, and multi-year roadmap for PERSONA Campus Online.
• Lead product development from discovery through requirements, validation, launch, and adoption.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, firmware, QA, cybersecurity, sales, marketing, and support throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather feedback from customers and industry partners to drive prioritization and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate launches, training, documentation, and sales enablement; track adoption and revenue impact.
