Job summary

Assa Abloy is seeking a Product Manager for the Pedestal PRO brand in Lindon, UT. You will own the product lifecycle, gather customer needs, define vision, and work with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to achieve revenue and satisfaction targets.

You will develop roadmaps, pricing strategies, and business cases while ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards. This role requires on-site work and travel up to one week per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in a related technical field with product experience.
• Credentials related to access control technology or equivalent.
• Experience with access control integration and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pedestal PRO product category through full lifecycle.
• Analyze competitive products and gather customer requirements.
• Develop product vision, roadmaps and business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support.
• Communicate market trends and KPI outcomes to management.
• Ensure compliance with code requirements and ISO standards.
