Job summary

EMS Phoenix in Lindon, Utah is seeking a Product Manager to own the Pedestal PRO product line across its lifecycle, from market requirements to vision, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze competitive products, develop roadmaps and business cases, track pricing and performance, and ensure alignment with ISO and company strategy. Travel up to one week per month is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; MBA a plus.
• Ten (10) years experience in a related technical field.
• Credentials associated with access control technology products.
• Experience in access control integration with understanding of requirements, design, usage and functionality.
• Equivalents in education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pedestal PRO product category throughout lifecycle; analyze performance, gap analysis, retirement analysis, SWOT/PEST.
• Develop market requirements, product proposals and business cases for new development.
• Create product category strategy, roadmaps and generation plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and feature requirements; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
