Mastercard Data & Services seeks a seasoned Product Manager to support Merchant & alternative segment solutions within a world-class analytics ecosystem built on behavioral data. You will translate customer insights into valuable products, balancing long-term strategy with current constraints, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Highly organized with multiple competing priorities.
• Knowledge of product management tools, market and product plans, timelines, pricing, business case development.
• Experience in payments or financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for our product solutions.
• Support global product management with analytically driven input into strategic business plans and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams for product sales, usage and continuous enhancements.
• Provide support for management of the product P&L and forecasting/budgeting discussions.
• Monitor product performance metrics across all stages of the lifecycle and propose solutions.
• Communicate strategy and vision up and down the organization.
• Prioritize development efforts aligned with product strategy.
• Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals.
