Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager for its Operational Intelligence team. You will develop data products and AI solutions, delivering insights through APIs and conversational interfaces to customers worldwide.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to define vision, drive strategy, and manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional delivery. You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps while guiding teams through complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience developing business cases, product roadmaps, requirements and executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of structured project management methodologies, planning tools, and product management frameworks.
• Excellent listening, oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges.
