As a leader in banking account payment risk management, Certegy continues to enhance its “pay-by-bank” offerings to meet the exacting demands of our retail and gaming clients. We’re seeking an experienced product manager to help drive the evolution of our flagship BankPay API-based multi-rail payment solution, which offers a faster and more secure ACH payment and settlement experience.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with our executive leadership, developers, and commercial strategy team to shape long- and short-term strategy
• Create and execute multi-quarter product roadmaps, balancing stakeholder needs with data-driven decisions
• Be a product expert that deeply understands how each of our solutions solves needs in the market so you can help identify key enhancements and needed features
• Nurture trusted relationships with our software developers to create elegant, low friction mobile-first experiences for our clients and their consumers
• Turn strategy into detailed user stories consumable for technical development teams
• Manage the product backlog prioritization process
• Collaborate with Implementation colleagues to create solutions which are as easy to implement as they are to use
• Define and track key success metrics that measure product impact
• Equip internal stakeholders with product insights and documentation

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with primary responsibility for successfully launching products from the ground up (0 to 1)
• 5+ years of Payments experience (2+ years of ACH experience preferred)
• BA/BS required or equivalent experience
• Must be able to be an active participant in technical discussions
• Proven success in delivering software with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Nice To Have

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Payments ecosystem (payment rails, networks, ODFI/RDFI), strong money movement fundamentals (authorization, settlement, return types, and refunds), and real-time transactions (Real-Time Payments (“RTP”), FedNow, etc.)
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain
• Computer Science degree or similar technical experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience running A/B tests at scale

Work Environment

This on-site position is located in our Westlake, Texas office.
