We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Beyond Payments (Ancillary Services) to lead the expansion of value-added offerings that enhance customer loyalty, improve operational efficiency, and generate new revenue streams.
This role focuses on elevating our portfolio of ancillary products—including Factoring, Fuel Tax Reporting, Permits, EDGE Tire, and Fuel Management—while exploring new offerings such as insurance, carbon emission reporting, earned wage access, and other services.
This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional responsibilities. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, operations, sales, and partner teams to define and execute product strategies that extend WEX's value to OTR customers.

The pay range for this role is $113,000 to $150,000, based on qualifications and experience. Compensation includes base salary, potential bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Most sales roles are eligible for commissions; non-sales roles may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses.
