As a Product Manager in the Boarding Platform team within the Commercial & Investment Bank’s Merchant Services organization, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products, and ensure successful launches and ongoing optimization. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value.
• Conduct discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
• Track key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and address issues to ensure compatibility with evolving technologies.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
• Support sales, relationship managers, and solutions teams with product expertise.
• Assist in sales presentations, client discussions, and RFP processes.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships in collaboration with Payments teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven success in managing product lifecycles from discovery to market launch and optimization.
• Extensive knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product adoption.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, in computer science, business, or related fields.
