Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Zelle Expansion—a 0-to-1 effort bringing bank-direct, real-time payments to commerce environments such as ecommerce and POS. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and coordinate with engineering, design, risk, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable payment experiences.

You will translate strategy into customer journeys, metrics, and initiatives that drive adoption and competitive advantage in the payment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building and launching digital payments products.
• Experience in commerce payments, including merchant acceptance for e-commerce and POS.
• Translate complex problems into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data).
• Familiarity with risk, fraud considerations, and control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for expanding Zelle into commerce use cases.
• Identify customer segments, journeys, and priority use cases; translate into requirements.
• Design end-to-end checkout and payment experiences balancing speed, security, usability, and trust.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver APIs and platform features enabling merchant acceptance.
• Define data needs, instrumentation, and success metrics; prioritize improvements.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and operations to ensure appropriate controls.
• Lead AI-enabled execution from discovery through launch, pilot planning, and rollout.
